| Introduction |
| You can help Saral in its expansion plans for forthcoming
year 2009 by participating in the Saral Medical Transcription's,
Direct Medical Transcription's, Home Based Editor, and Quality
Analyst etc. Employee Referral Program. If you are an eligible
employee, you can earn a cash award if you refer an external
applicant who is hired to a designated, open position at
Saral. |
| |
| Who is an Eligible Employee? |
| The Saral Employee Referral Program is open to all regularly
employed staff. |
| |
| How do I Refer An External Applicant? |
| A Saral Employee Referral Program may be obtained from
HR department. Fill out the form or a copy of it. The applicants
you refer must have this form attached to the resumes or
applications that they submit to the Office of Human Resources.
You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to the Office
of Human Resources. |
| |
| How Do I Get My Cash Award? |
| The HR department will pay you a cash award of if the
person you referred is hired for a designated position (MT,
QA, etc.) and completes a few months of continuous employment
depending on the position (internship/Experienced). You
must be employed by Saral at that time to collect payment.
|
| |
| How Does The HR Department Designate A Position For
The Program? |
| The HR department notifies through internal email, website,
notice board etc, when a position is to be included in the
Saral Employee Referral Program. |
| |
| What Else? |
| If you have any further questions about the Saral Employee
Referral Program, please call or email to HR at
saral@gipl.net. The
Office of Human Resources reserves the right to determine
whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions
covered by the program. If a referred applicant is hired
for a non-designated position, no award will be paid. The
company may modify or discontinue this program at any time.
Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals
will be handled on an individual basis.
In the event an applicant is referred from more than one
source; for example, from two employees, or an employee
and an employment agency, the deciding factor will be the
date of receipt of the referral within the Office of Human
Resources. The Office of Human Resources will inform the
participating parties when such situations arise.
