Hirojirao R. Patankar, Chairman

The Chairman is responsible for steering the Company to ensure that its vision to be a "reliable, value-for -money document processor" is met substantially. With his wide experience as the senior most bureaucrat in the western state of Gujarat, the Chairman brings to the Company his vast administrative and human relations expertise. Notable positions held by him include Chairman, Gujarat Electricity Board, CEO – Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation & Chief Secretary – Govt. of Gujarat.

The Chairman holds a post graduate degree in Economics & is an ex Indian Administrative Services(IAS) Officer (Batch of 1956)

Sridhar Chari, Director

Sridhar is responsible for achieving the Company's growth and corporate initiatives, assisting the CEO in the monitoring of these two critical functions. He has been an active management professional working for many large companies. Notable positions include CEO, Nagarjuna Finance Ltd. , Executive Director , Enfield India Ltd. & CFO, Shaw Wallace Ltd.

Sridhar is a graduate in engineering from BITS, Pilani & holds a post graduate diploma in management from the India Institute of Management , Ahmedabad.

Satish D. Nadkar, MD & CEO

Satish has worked extensively with bellwether government as well as private sector companies having an expertise in the areas of finance & project implementation. Notable positions held by him include CEO, Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd. & CEO, Anagram Finance Ltd. (India’s number one car finance NBFC) . He brings with him an experience of over 35 years in scaling up startups to an international size & profitability.

Satish is a graduate in engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune University & holds a post graduate diploma in management from the India Institute of Management , Ahmedabad.

Ramesh Raval, Chief Information Officer

Ramesh has worked with India's largest engineering firm before switching to the services arena. He is responsible for the technical state-of-the-art facility, specifically in relation to security and reliability. His expertise lies in the areas of project design & analysis. Notable positions held by him include Senior VP, Anagram Finance Ltd.

Ramesh is a graduate in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai & is an Associate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants.

Dr. Nayan Kumar Mali, General Manager-Operations

Nayan is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. His area of expertise lies in quality assurance systems & implementation analysis. He has extensive experience in this area having worked as Quality Assurance Manage, Vasant Scribes Ltd. Hyderabad & VScribes, USA.

Nayan holds a Baccalaureate in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Delhi University & a post graduate diploma in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
