The Chairman is responsible for steering the Company to
ensure that its vision to be a "reliable, value-for-money
document processor" is met. With his wide experience as
the senior most bureaucrats in Gujarat, a Western state
of India, the Chairman brings to the Company his vast administrative
and human relations expertise. Notable positions held by
him include Chairman, Gujarat Electricity Board, and CEO
–Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation & Chief
Secretary – Govt. of Gujarat
The Chairman holds a post graduate degree in Economics &

Satish D. Nadkar, MD &
CEO
Satish has worked extensively with bellwether government
as well as private sector companies having extensive expertise
in the areas of finance & project implementation. Notable
positions held by him include CEO, Gujarat Lease Financing
Ltd. & CEO, Anagram Finance Ltd. (India’s number one car
finance NBFC). He brings with him an experience of over
35 years in scaling up startups to an international size
& profitability.
Satish is a graduate in engineering from the College of
Engineering, Pune and holds a postgraduate Diploma in
Management from the India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. |

Ramesh Raval, Head, Operations
Ramesh has worked with India's largest engineering firm
before switching to the services arena. His expertise lies
in the areas of project design & analysis. Notable positions
held by him include Senior VP, Anagram Finance Ltd. He is
responsible for day-to-day operations of the Company and
guidance to the team in areas of Work Flow Management and
Quality Systems. He also looks after the IT activities.
Ramesh is a graduate in engineering from Indian Institute
of Technology, Mumbai and is an Associate of the Institute
of Cost and Works Accountants. |

Dr. Nayan Kumar Mali,
Project Manager
Nayan is responsible for the expansion activities of the
Company and has expertise in new project execution. He has
extensive experience in this area having worked as Quality
Assurance Manager and COO in mid sized Medical Transcription
companies. Also worked in innovative projects related to
healthcare and media.
Nayan holds a Baccalaureate in Homoeopathic Medicine and
Surgery from Delhi University, postgraduate Diploma in Management
from NMIMS, Mumbai and executive program in management from
Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. |

Dr. Anil Misra, Head of
Training
Anil is responsible for the overall training of new recruits
as well as retraining and up gradation of existing people.
He is a graduate in Medicine from AFMC, Pune.
