Fees :
Total fees - 7500/- (To be paid in 5 installments of Rs. 1500/-
each.)
Duration :
Total - 5 months
First 3 months – Classroom training
Last 2 months – On-the-job training
Stipend :
In the fourth & fifth month of training ( i.e. during on-the-job
training), we pay you a stipend depending on your performance.
Timings : First 3 months – 11.00 am to 6.00 p.m.
Last 2 months – 8.00 am to 4.00 p.m.
Procedure to join the training program:
• You can walk in to our office and appear for the written
test and interview. Kindly bring along
copy of your recent resume.
• On clearing the written test and interview you have to pay
Rs. 1500/- (1st installment) and then
join the training program.
• On the successful completion of the training you are absorbed
in the regular par rolls of the
company.

Q : How do I apply if I am an out station candidate? A : You can fill up our online form and appear
for the online test. We will get back to you if at all you clear
the test.
Q : Do you intend to train more batches? A : Yes, we conduct training programs round the
year.
Q : Is there any age limit to join this training program?
A : No there is no age limit to join this training
program. Interested candidates after clearing the entrance test
can join the training program.
Q : Is there any training fees? A : Yes. The total training fees is Rs. 7500/-,
which is spread over 5 easy installments of Rs. 1500/- each. If
selected, the candidate has to pay the first installment of Rs.
1500/-. The subsequent installments can be paid in the first week
of each month.
Q : Do I get my fees back if I discontinue my training due
to any reason? A : No. The training fees once paid is non refundable.
Q : What is the minimum percentage of attendance that I
would have to maintain? A : You will have to maintain 100% attendance,
except in case of emergencies. Failuring to do so for whatsoever
reason, you may be asked to leave the training program.l
Q : Can I attend practical training only since I am an MBBS/BDS
graduate? A : No, you will have to undergo full 8-hour-per-day
MT training for 5 months, which includes 2 months of on the job
training (OJT).
Q : Can I enroll directly into your OJT program as I have
already finished my classroom training in another institute/company?
A : No, this option is not available. You still
have to undergo the full training program.
Q : Do you pay stipend during training? A : Yes, we do pay only during the 5th and 6th
months of the training. The amount of stipend will depend on your
performance and may vary from person to person.
Q : How long will be the on-the-job training if I am not
able to successfully complete in 2 months? A : A minimum of 2 months is enough for an average
trainee to clear his/her OJT training. However, if he/she is not
able to meet the minimum criteria then OJT will be extended up to
a maximum of 2 more months. No extra fees will be charged for this
extended period.
Q : Do you provide accommodation during training? A : No, we do not provide accommodation training.
But yes, we can definitely help the person in finding one. This
facility is provided for the outstation experienced MTs and Editors
only.
Q : Will I be offered a job in your company after the successful
completion of training? A : Yes, you will be selected as an MT after the
successful completion of the training program with 85% of accuracy
per day during your OJT period.
Q : Do you offer long-distance MT training? A : No, we do not have such programs.
Q : Will I be able to work from home once I complete the
training? A : No, immediately after the completion of the
training you will not be able to work from home. As per the company
policy, you will have to work in the company for a minimum of 8-10
months after your training.
