PQA (Probationary Quality Analyst) Program |
PQA program is intended to develop new
Quality Analysts by:
- Promotion from within the Company.
- Recruiting experienced Medical Transcriptionists
from external sources.
Candidate Profile
- Having a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Medical
Transcriptionist.
- Exposure to variety of specialties, and work types.
- Ability to handle a minimum of 500 lines of transcription
per day within 8 hours.
- Agile, quick learner, and ability to handle pressure
well.
Goal:
Under the Saral - Continuous Education Program (S-CEP),
we develop the PQAs as full time Quality Analysts so that
they can take up individual quantity and client based quality
targets successfully.
Program details
Duration: 8 weeks per batch.
Turn around Time/Editing Coverage Benchmarks: Editing at
least 20 minutes per hour or 1500 lines per day in an 8
hr shift with consistent 98.5% accuracy.
Program Schedule -3 months
Live Editing-2 to 5 hours per day
Session/Test- 0 to 1 hour per day
Editing Practice- 0 to 3 hours per day
Break -1 hour per day

- Thumb rules of Editing Medical Transcripts.
- Editing tips to gain desired speed and accuracy.
- Visual proofreading and tips on rapid referencing.
- Client based Information.
- Feedback review and counseling for improvement.
